Activity 5: Project Management
Countries involved: AT, BE, BG, FR, HU, NL, RO, SK
Project Management deals with monitoring and management of technical progress, resources and quality and includes the dissemination of the project results and the liaison with related initiatives. For the management of such complex European project, the proven methods and organisational structure of IRIS Europe (Coordination among the beneficiaries and the EC in the Steering Committee Meetings, Coordination among the national coordinators in the Coordination Meetings, Coordination at technical and legal level in task forces and sub-activity working groups) will be used as a basis.
The specific objectives within activity 5 are:

- SuAc 5.3: Liaison with relevant projects
