Spring cleaning of the IRIS Europe II website

Given the fact that the amount of available documents is continuously increasing the structure within the member download-section was adapted to keep a clear overview.
Right now there are three main sections:
- Meetings: Here you can find Agendas, Meeting Minutes and Presentations for particular meetings.
- Documents: Working documents, implementation plans, Terms of Reference and other important documents and data are available for each Activity.
- IRIS Europe 1: This section contains final reports of IRIS Europe 1.
Hint: The easiest way to find your requested documents is to use the search function within the download section.
